Our qualified audiologists are able to assist you with your hear care. For ear wax build up, we use a technique called microsuction, which is a safe and effective way of removing the wax.

Our Ear Wax removal service is for customers over the age of 11 (must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.) For customers under the age of 11, we recommend that they are seen in a hospital setting, which can be accessed via a referral from your GP.

With time, your hearing can change. To make sure you are hearing the best you can, we recommend regular hearing tests for customers over 60, which are Free. For your convenience, you can book these appointments online or call us.

Our hearing tests are suitable for customers over the age of 18. Call us to book your appointment, or if you need any advice. We also offer a home visit service for housebound customers. Please call us for more information and to book your appointment.

Consultation Fees:
– Ear Wax Removal: £35.00 per ear,
This includes the consultation fee, procedure and 1 follow up appointment if needed.

– Wax appointment and ear health check £ 35.00
If no wax removal is needed, the consultation also includes an ear health check.

– Home visit Ear Wax removal: £90.00
One or both ears, This includes the consultation fee and the procedure if required.

– Hearing test: Free
This is a comprehensive hearing test lasting about 90 minutes which will allow our professional audiologist to assess your hearing loss, discuss the findings and give you a tailored recommendation to get you hearing better.

– Hearing test home visit: £90.00
This is a comprehensive hearing test lasting about 90 minutes which will allow our professional audiologist to assess your hearing loss, discuss the findings and give you a tailored recommendation to get you hearing better. This fee is refundable with purchase of any of our hearing aid packages.
